Currently (version 7.00.1) the “Search Only Word” option is ignored if non-latin (e.g. Cyrillic) letters are used.
While this option may be considered of minor importance for the use case of finding some text in a document, it is _vital_ for complex search/replace operations (e.g. preparing a strictly formatted text for an e-book from a plain text source or processing a formal document like XML).
Mr. Yutaka Emura has informed me by e-mail that this is intended — for the sake of speed, though may be implemented properly in future versions. I (as a programmer) believe that the proper fast implementation of isLetter() in conformance with the Unicode standard is not a big trouble.
I believe many registered users from non-English countries will benefit from the fix of this bug.
